Welcome to another season of fencing! At the beginning of this season, at Youth Fencing Chicago, we knew we needed to go big or go home. Traveling around the United States for tournaments, it’s disheartening to see so many people in need. At Youth Fencing Chicago, we believe that we can help the community by lifting one person at a time. Moreover, we believe that to be successful, scholarships and grants will help, but only in part – it takes more. We wanted encourage something lasting, something that will help develop minds and shape lives – fencing. Fencing is truly a life skill!

For this reason, we are excited, and so thankful to have fencers from Houston, TX join us in our mission! Now, We can reach more fencing regions, more communities, and most importantly, we can help more youths! With this new endeavour, we feel that it’s only right to move ahead as Fencing Forward, it is not just Chicago any longer. Together with Houston, we will continue to move Forward, helping all youth fencers and communities.
